Isolated rain likely in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI, DEC. 17. Rainfall occurred at a few places over Lakshadweep and dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka.

The minimum temperature rose at one or two places over south interior Karnataka, fell at one or two places over interior Tamil Nadu and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were markedly to appreciably below normal at one or two places over Tamil Nadu, Telangana, below normal at one or two places over Rayalaseema, rest Tamil Nadu, above normal at one or two places over north coastal Andhra Pradesh and were generally normal over the rest of the region.

FORECAST (valid until Sunday morning): Isolated rain is likely to occur over south Tamil Nadu, south Kerala and southern parts of Lakshadweep.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over north Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, north Kerala and northern parts of Lakshadweep.

Farmers Weather Bulletin For Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry FORECAST (Valid until Sunday morning): Isolated rain is likely to occur over south Tamil Nadu and mainly sunny weather will prevail over north Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

Outlook For Subsequent Two Days: No significant change.
