PONDICHERRY, DEC. 17. The reconstituted State Planning Board of Pondicherry headed by the Lt. Governor, M.M. Lakhera, will meet at the Chief Secretariat here tomorrow to pass the draft proposals of the annual plan of Pondicherry for 2005-06, a release from the Director of the Department of Planning and Research, M. Sreedharan, said here today. This is the third meeting after the Board was reconstituted in 2002.
