MROs boycott meet

HYDERABAD,
DEC.17.
All Mandal Revenue Officers of Hyderabad division on Friday boycotted the divisional meeting convened by the Joint Collector, Shailaja Ramaiah, to protest against the suspension on Wednesday of two MROs by the Collector, Arvind Kumar.
They also decided to boycott Saturday's meeting of the MROs of Hyderabad district convened by the district Collector, according to Ruknuddin, president, and Madusudhan, secretary, Hyderabad divisional unit of the Andhra Pradesh Revenue Services Association. M. Ananda Rao, general secretary of the State-level association, said that an emergency meeting of the Hyderabad divisional unit would be convened on December 19.
