PONDICHERRY, DEC. 18. The Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, the Health Minister, E. Valsaraj, and other leaders today paid floral tributes at the statue of the former chief minister of Pondicherry and veteran freedom fighter, V. Venkatasubba Reddiar, on his 95th birth anniversary. Reddiar was also Mayor of the Nettapakkam commune panchayat in the 1960s.
