BANGALORE, DEC. 19. Sports Authority of India scored a 5-1 win over Karnataka State Police in the Super Division league hockey tournament here on Sunday. Adarsh Ganapathy, Raghunath, Mayur Subbaiah (twice) and Varun Chinappa scored for SAI while Madappa was the only scorer for the Policemen.
Earlier, Pioneer Corps Training Centre beat Centre of Excellence 3-0. Sairaj Singh had a brace while Baig scored of a short corner in the 66th minute. Namdhari XI slotted two past Canara Bank in the other fixture of the day. Didar Singh (Jr) scored first off a penalty corner and Anmolak Singh scored the second goal.
