THRISSUR, DEC. 19. The Excise Enforcement and Anti-Narcotic Special Squad today seized 25 litres of illicit liquor and about 1,000 litres of wash from a rubber estate in Muttikkal, near here. Illicit liquor was being brewed near a canal bordering the estate. The excise patrol party was led by the circle inspector T.V. Raphael. A search is on for the offenders, said the excise officials.
