Police case against two KSTP engineers

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM,
DEC. 19.
Two engineers of the Kerala State Transport Project (KSTP), who supervised the construction of the Rs.7-crore Varkala-Kallambalam Road, have been booked by the Rural police on the charge that certain anomalies in road design were causing accidents along the stretch.
The accused have been charged under Sections 337 and 283 of the Indian Penal Code. The Circle Inspector, Varkala, said unmarked speed-breakers were causing accidents.
