Three JD-U leaders join RJD
RANCHI,
DEC. 19.
Three former Janata Dal (United) Ministers — Madhu Singh, Ram Chander Kesari and Lal Chand Mahto — joined the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) here today.
At a rally organised here, the RJD Chief Lalu Prasad, welcomed the three into his party's fold.
He flayed the Jharkhand Government for its ``administrative failure'' in its four-year rule.
``Till the creation of Jharkhand it was said that Lalu was responsible for every shortcoming, including the naxal menace, in this region. But in these four years, when Lalu is not at the helm of affairs, let the NDA Government answer now who is responsible for the mess that the State is in,'' Mr. Lalu Prasad asked.
He appealed to the naxals to shun the gun and win people's affection. He urged his party workers to maintain discipline and get ready to win the mandate in the coming Assembly polls.
