NEW DELHI, DEC. 19. Celebrating the spirit of childhood, the three-day film festival "Children have something to say'' by Plan India concluded here in the Capital today. The last day of the festival saw Olympic medallist Major R.S. Rathore spend some special moments with the participating kids. Speaking on the occasion, Major Rathore commended the heroic feat of Sudanshu, a student from Manas for winning a silver medal in the Delhi State Athletic Meet. "Compared to Sudanshu's achievement, my winning a silver medal at the Athens Olympics pales in significance because people living with disability constantly remind all of us that they are both special and in sheer human grit and determination far ahead of us."
