GUNTUR, DEC. 19. The Guntur Drugs Inspector, Y.V.V. Satyanarayana, has warned the people and retailers against purchasing drugs manufactured by Metro Pharma of Hyderabad as they are sub-standard and no license was taken to manufacture them. Some of the drugs seized from a wholesale medical agency at Railpet here on Monday valued at Rs. 1 lakh were: Diclomet Plus, Metflan, Metropar, and M-lide tablets. Investigation into the case was going on and the accused would be produced before court, the Drugs Inspector, said in a statement here on Saturday.
