Calsoft to acquire WebSpectrum

CHENNAI: California Software (Calsoft), on Monday, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire 100 per cent equity of WebSpectrum Software Pvt. Ltd., a closely held Bangalore-based company. WebSpectrum focuses on network management systems and networking products. Following this acquisition, the technology solutions' division of Calsoft is more likely to be merged with WebSpecturm, says a release.
