NEW DELHI, DEC. 20. It was another foggy morning in Delhi today and though there was no disruption in flight operations, train services were partially affected. At the Indira Gandhi International Airport here, flight operations remained normal for the second consecutive day as the runway visibility range remained well above normal. However, trains, particularly those coming from eastern parts of the country, were affected due to the early morning fog in some northern and eastern States. Over 30 trains arriving in the Capital were running hours behind schedule. They included Saryu Yamuna Express (indefinitely), Shaheed Express (24 hours), Farakka Express (17 hours), Sadbhawna Express (14 hours) and Toofan Express (12 hours). This also led to rescheduling of trains originating from the Capital.
