KOCHI, DEC. 21. A Khadi Utsav began today at the Marine Drive Ground. The event, organised by the Kerala Khadi Vyavasaya Board and the office of the Khadi Grama Vyavasaya Commissioner, will be on till January 10. Apart from products made in Kerala, those manufactured in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh too will be on show. The Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity (DAVP) of the Central Government has organised a photo exhibition on the `Life and message of Mahatma Gandhi', at the venue. It will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., till January 10. Over 100 photos, depicting various stages in the life of the Mahatma, will be on display.
