Sanmar takes stake in ICL

NEW DELHI, DEC. 22. Sanmar International has acquired 4.9 per cent of the total paid up capital of India Cements. The date of acquisition was December 16, the National Stock Exchange was informed today by India Cements.

The shareholding of SIL, after the acquisition, aggregated 25 per cent of the total paid up capital of India Cements.
