VIJAYAWADA, DEC. 22. The Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) has been commissioned at Tanuku, Bhimavaram Junction and Gudivada railway stations by the South Central Railway (SCR) to provide information to public on arrival and departure timings of trains as well as PNR reservation enquiry. The public may dial 131 for train arrival and departure enquiry and 136 for PNR reservation enquiry. In a press release issued here on Wednesday, an SCR spokesman requested the public to use the facility and give feedback for its improvement.
