AHMEDABAD, DEC. 22. The Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi, today declined to comment on the alleged Tehelka expose on the Best Bakery case and said that any attempt to hinder the judicial process was regrettable. Asked by the media at a function in the Science City here, Mr. Modi said that since the case was in the court, as a responsible citizen and Chief Minister his only comment was that no one should make "unhealthy remarks and try to derail the judicial process." "It is not proper to make unfounded comments about a case being tried in the court of law.''
