GTL allots shares

NEW DELHI, DEC. 23. The board of directors of GTL has approved the allotment of 7.24 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each for consequent exercise of option to convert foreign currency convertible bonds worth 20 million Swiss francs, the company informed the NSE.
