Belfast centre in HCL Tech fold

NEW DELHI, DEC. 23. HCL Technologies today said it had acquired the remaining 10 per cent stake in Belfast-based Apollo Contact Centre of HCL Technologies BPO Services (NI) Ltd. for Rs. 15.23 crores. With the acquisition, the contact centre becomes a 100 per cent subsidiary of HCL Technologies, the company told stock exchanges.
