Glenmark to raise $115 m
NEW DELHI,
DEC. 23.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals today said that it planned to raise up to $115 million from overseas markets and would seek shareholders approval by January 21, 2005. It is exploring several options, including issue, offer and allotment of global depository receipts (GDRs) or American depository receipts (ADRs) or foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs), equity shares or warrants and/or instruments convertible into equity shares optionally or otherwise, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
