KURNOOL, DEC. 23. A person, identified as K. Ramudu, died at L. Kottala near Veldurthy on Thursday when a tractor overturned. Another person sustained injuries. According to reports, a group of people were going to a festival at L.Kottala when the accident occurred.
Vendor ends life
A cloth merchant committed suicide by consuming pesticide at a lodge here. According to reports, the staff of the lodge who sensed foul smell from the room alerted the police on Thursday. The merchant who was identified as Subramanyam, hailed from Bethamcharla.
