DINDIGUL, DEC. 23. It will be a repeat of last year's title clash when Manipur meets Orissa in the final of the second Junior National girls' football championship (u-17) at the District stadium here on Friday. Manipur, which has got the services of several experienced players, starts favourite in the match. The fact that it scored 64 goals in six matches speaks itself about the strength of the defending champion. Moreover, it has conceded only one goal against Bengal in the semifinal. "We are well-equipped to retain the title," said coach Sapam Prem Kanth. But Orissa players are confident that they can the turn the tables on Manipur. "If Sanjita Patra and Sasmita Malik shine we will win," said coach Sathya Bhamaojha. Our Correspondent.
