Last-year's runner-up, Young Challengers Sports Club (YCSC), began its campaign by registering two wins over Rangers and Raising Star in a men's Group `B' league fixture in the Mysore District basketball league at the Subbarayanakere grounds here on Thursday.

YCSC 67 (P.S. Supradeep 28, Naveen 14) bt Rangers 61 (Ravichandra 26, Bhavith 11).
BEML (Mysore) 77 ( Rajesh Raje Urs 17, P.J. Srinivas 16) bt Rangers 46 (Ravichandra 18, Vinay 8).
