Waltair, the maximum temperature was 29 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 20 degrees Celsius respectively on Thursday. Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 78 per cent and at 5.30 p.m was 78 per cent. At Airport, the maximum and minimum temperatures were 30.2 degrees Celsius and 17.2 degrees Celsius respectively. Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 74 per cent and at 5.30 p.m. was 71 per cent. The maximum temperature at the Dolphin's Nose was 29.2 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 18.6 deg. C. Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 86 per cent.

Honour for

Tirupati Raju

The Tamil Kalai Mandram will honour the late social worker, D. Ch. Tirupathi Raju, posthumously for his services to the people of the city on the occasion of the National Integration Day (birth anniversary of the Tamil national poet, Mahakavi Subrahmanya Bharati) on Saturday.

Exhibition

Rambo International's exhibition is on at the Railway Exhibition Grounds here. The colourfully decorated utsav contains 45 big and 100 small stalls. .

Xmas carnival

Taj Residency is conducting Children's Xmas carnival on Saturday. Games and Christmas ball would be held. The Hotel Green Park is also conducting a three-day christmas delights at its multi-cuisine Princess restaurant from Friday.
