BANGALORE, DEC. 23. The Special Sessions Judge in the Central Prison, A.P. Murari, on Wednesday sentenced six persons from Dandupalya to 10 years rigorous imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 5,000 on them. They have been charged with assault and robbery. The six are Krishna (39), Doddahanuma (40), Chinnappa (34), Munikrishna (32), Venkataramana (28) and Timma (20). In September 1999, they had assaulted D. Victor Nathan before robbing him of gold and silver ornaments.
