PONDICHERRY, DEC. 24. Volunteers of the Pondicherry unit of the All-India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK), led by its secretary and legislator, A. Anbalagan, today paid homage at the statue of the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and founder of the party, M.G. Ramachandran on the occasion of his death anniversary. Mr. Anbalagan, along with another legislator, A. Kasilingam, and functionaries of the different wings of the party garlanded the statue near the Rajiv Gandhi Municipal bus terminal at Oleander.
Homage to Periyar
The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam volunteers paid homage at the statue of the Dravida Kazhagam leader, Periyar on the occasion of his 31st death anniversary. The AIADMK activists garlanded the statue.
