VISAKHAPATNAM, DEC. 25. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education's high power committee on rationalisation of staffing pattern in State universities, held discussions with the Heads of various department of Andhra University on Friday. The committee received proposals from them on issues relating to teachers and the staffing pattern. The AU Teachers Association also submitted its proposals. The committee, led by the Vice-Chairman of the Council, U. Tataji, visited the University Library and Computer Centre and held meetings with the Vice-Chancellor, Y.C. Simhadri, registrar, principals of campus colleges, Special Officer, Heads of Department, Directors of various Centers and the Finance Officer .
