ERODE, DEC. 27. Traffic was paralysed for more than half-an-hour on Perundurai Road in the Sengodampalayam area today due to a vehicle collision. According to police, a private bus proceeding to Tirupur from Erode tried to overtake a State-owned bus near the Sengodampalayam Bridge but ended up ramming it. It then hit a car and a van moving in the opposite direction . Police officials rushed to the spot and cleared the traffic.
