VIJAYAWADA, DEC. 27. Koneru Chandrahawsa, who settled for a draw against M. Srinivasa Rao, continued to be the sole leader with 5.5 points at the end of sixth round in the all-India FIDE-rated chess tournament here today.

Important results: 6th round: Koneru Chandrahawsa (5.5) drew with M. Srinivasa Rao (4.5); J. Malleswara Rao (4.5) drew with Vinod Kumar Sarma (4.5); B. Kranthi Kumar (3.5) lost to S.K. Sinha (5): J. Rama Krishna (3.5) lost to Ved Rahul (4.5); G. Santosh Kumar (3.5) lost to J.K. Raju (4.5); T. Purushothaman (4) bt K. Santosh Kumar (3): T. Sreekanth (3) lost to K. Krishna Karthik (4): M.K. Viswanath (3.5) drew with A. Abhilash Reddy (3.5); A. Prasad (2.5) lost to G. Vishnu Vikhyath (3.5): E. Sarath (2.5) lost to Ved Mahesh (2.5).
