COIMBATORE, DEC. 27 . The Indian Red Cross Society, Coimbatore District Branch, is collecting relief materials (medicines, tinned food, etc) to be sent to the earthquake victims.

According to a release, donations to the Red Cross Society are exempted under section 80 G of the Income Tax Act.

Contributions, cheques and DD could be sent to the Indian Red Cross Society, Coimbatore District Branch, 8/26, Huzur Road, Coimbatore - 641018. Ph: (0422) 2211209, 2218569.
