BANGALORE, DEC. 27. Manjula (52), a eunuch, was stabbed to death by two persons in Ulsoor Police Station limits on Sunday night. The police said that around 10.30 p.m. two men arrived in an autorickshaw at the "Hamam" run by Manjula on Bazar Street in Ulsoor. They took her out of the "hamam" and stabbed her to death. The police suspect the two had come there looking for sex workers. The motive behind the murder is not known. The Ulsoor police have registered a case.
Attacked
Four men attacked Anthonyamma (40) with machetes at her house in Rayapura in J.J. Nagar Police Station limits on Sunday night. A seriously injured Anthonyamma has been admitted in NIMHANS, the police said. The armed men had enmity with Anthonyamma's former husband, James, the police said. The J.J. Nagar police have registered a case. In another incident, Rafiq (32) of Kerala was injured in the head when some men hit him with a boulder in Rajagopalanagar Police Station limits on Sunday night. Rafiq has been hospitalised and is unconscious, the police said. The Rajagopalanagar police have registered a case.
