KOCHI, DEC. 27. The district administration today gathered together its entire machinery to meet the emergency situation following Sunday's tsunami attack. About 15,000 people displaced by the floods were given food and medical care at 38 relief camps set up in different parts of the district. A high-level meeting of civic officials held at the District Collector's Camp Office here in the morning chalked out an action plan ensuring the involvement of Government departments in rehabilitation work.
