SIRSI, DEC. 28. The Janata Dal (Secular) president and former Prime Minister, H.D. Deve Gowda, today denied that he was acting like a dictator. Addressing office bearers and workers of the district unit of the party here, Mr. Deve Gowda said that there was no dearth of leaders in the party but there was a problem of integrity among party workers. The Minister for Small Savings, Basavaraj Horatti, the Janata Dal (S) leader Mahima Patel and the party's State unit spokesman, Thippanna, spoke on the occasion. The Janata Dal (S) district unit president, Kamalakar Gokarna, the State unit secretary, Prabhakar Rane, Gopal Kanade, the Taluk unit president, Narayan Naik, the district Ryot Morcha leader Umesh Hegde Unehalli were present.
