Chaos greets Indian captain

KOLKATA, DEC. 28. The Indian cricket team, which won both the Test and one-day series against Bangladesh, returned home on Tuesday evening from Dhaka.

With the rest of the players moving over to the domestic terminal to proceed to their destinations, Indian captain Sourav Ganguly had to face a chaotic welcome with media, both electronic and print, rushed to seek his comments.

Sensing trouble, police whisked away the captain through another exit leaving everybody including the media in the lurch. — Our Special Correspondent
