A.P. wins
HYDERABAD,
DEC. 28.
Andhra Pradesh won the 18th senior National korfball championship with an 11-8 win over Delhi in the final at GCPE College Grounds here on Tuesday. The host led 5-4 at the break.
Somalath (4), Antony (2) and Santosh (2) played well for the home team while, Rahul (6) and Sandhya (2) put up a good show for the loser. Haryana defeated Jammu & Kashmir 14-8 for third place.
Other results: Semifinals: A.P. bt Haryana 12-11; Delhi bt J & K 12-8.
