Hike in dearness allowance

VELLORE, DEC.28. Employees of the Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha-Tamil Nadu would be getting a four per cent hike in their dearness allowance with effect from July 1, 2004.

A resolution to this effect was passed at the executive committee meeting of the Sabha held in Tiruchi on Saturday, according to a release from K.Raja, member of the committee.
