KARIMNAGAR, DEC. 28. The District Congress Committee president and Manthani MLA, D. Sridhar, has appealed to all sections of the society to contribute liberally for taking up relief and rehabilitation of tsunami victims. At a press conference here on Tuesday, Mr Sridhar said that a special cell would be opened at the DCC office for collection of funds for the rehabilitation of the tsunami-ravaged victims. He called upon people to donate funds in the form of cheques and DDs drawn in favour of the APCC president, Hyderabad. He suggested to NRIs of the district to mail him on his e-mail address sridhard@pol.net.in for donating their contributions.
