Militants arrested

SRINAGAR, DEC. 28. The financial chief of the Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen and a Hizb-ul Mujahideen activist were arrested today. Militants triggered an Improvised Explosive Device on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway.
