Registrar of .IN domain name

NEW DELHI, DEC. 29. Net 4 India has been appointed registrar for `.IN' domain names by the National Internet Exchange of India. The company will be authorised to sell the in-country domain names from January 1, 2005, a statement issued here said. Applicants will have to apply through an accredited registrar and owners of registered Indian trademarks will be given first preference.
