TUTICORIN, DEC. 29. Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited has decided to offer `at par' for issue of demand drafts to public, towards contributions to the Prime Minister's and Chief Minister's relief funds.

A TMB release said the move was to assist the relief and rehabilitation of hundreds of people, who were affected by the devastating 'tsunami' on Sunday.
