NAGERCOIL, DEC. 29. The Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa, will visit for the second time Kanyakumari district on Thursday to distribute welfare assistance to affected fishermen and their family members after the killer waves lashed the coastal areas on Sunday. She will land at the Armed police ground at Maravankudiyiruppu at 2.50 p.m. and after distributing relief assistance at the premises of `Thiru Kudil Matha Alayam' will leave for Vakaikulam airport at 3.40 p.m.
