Indian players to donate for Tsunami victims

KOLKATA, DEC. 29. Each member of the Indian cricket team will contribute one day's wages to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund in helping the Tsunami victims.

The Indian Cricket Players' Association (ICPA) vice-president, Mr. Arun Lal, informed on Wednesday that the association would host either a charity match or a dinner-cum-auction in February to raise money for the victims. Apart from the Indian cricket players, he said, he along with Sunil Gavaskar and Ravi Shastri would also contribute a day's salary.— Our Special Correspondent
