PONDICHERRY, DEC. 29. The Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, will visit the tsunami-hit coastal village in the T.R. Patinam limits near Karaikal tomorrow. The Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, said here today that the Prime Minister, who would be flying to Nagapattinam, would land at T.R. Pattinam and would visit the Pattinacherry village block around noon and inspect the extent of havoc. Ministers led by Mr. Rangasamy would have a deliberation with the Prime Minister at Karaikal. The Pondicherry PCC president, V. Narayanasamy, said that a memorandum on the extent of damage would be handed over to the Prime Minister.
