BANGALORE, DEC. 29. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. will release 19,000 prepaid SIM cards throughout the State from Saturday. CellOne post-paid under Plan- 140 (monthly rent of Rs. 140) has been introduced in the State and will be provided up to February 28. BSNL has offered special schemes for new year: full talk time on prepaid recharge coupons of Rs. 1,102 and Rs. 551 activated from January 1 to 31 (with talk time of Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 500 respectively), no activation charges for post-paid connections between January 1 and 31 and no installation charges for landline connections booked during the same period.
