HYDERABAD, DEC. 29. The Minister for Technical Education, Nayani Narsimha Reddy, presented cheques for Rs. 50,000 each to the kin of the city residents who lost their lives in the tsunami catastrophe. Cheques were handed over to eight persons from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. The victims from the city are: M. Hemanjali (10), resident of Kalasiguda; E.J. Issac (47), Mary Margareth, wife of Issac, both residents of Regimental Bazar; P. Jayalakshmi (27), P. Yugala (4), residents of Lalapet; Vinay Kumar (23), resident of Ammuguda and L.B. Vilini (38) and L.B. Mona Maria (13), residents of R.K. Puram.
