Aro Granite to hike capital
NEW DELHI,
DEC. 29.
The Tamil Nadu-based modular granite tiles and slabs manufacturer Aro Granite Industries has decided to hike its authorised capital from Rs. 7.42 crores to Rs. 11.42 crores. The decision was taken at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 15, Aro Granite informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. The share capital will be increased by issuing 40 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each, it said. The EGM also authorised the company's board to raise up to Rs. 16 crores by issuing, alloting or offering equity shares.
