A solid knock of 61 by Veera helped Fanatic Cricket Club defeat TVS Inter Connect Cricket Club by 113 runs and enter the group II final of the Thavamaniammal memorial trophy district-level invitation cricket tournament here on Thursday.
The scores: Fanatic C.C 210 for seven in 25 overs (Veera 61) bt TVS Inter Connect C.C 97 for nine in 25 overs (Senthil Kumar four for 16); Supersonic Concord 190 in 25 overs bt Majestic Toddlers 89 in 15 overs.
