Easy win for CCI
MUMBAI,
DEC. 30.
Film star Aftab Shivdasani starred in the Cricket Club of India's eight wicket win over the Lords and Commons by eight wickets at the Brabourne Stadium here on Thursday. He made an unbeaten 51 while Capt. Vijay Hazare's grandson, Kunal gave him adequate support and remained undefeated on 35.
The scores:
Lords and Commons 137 for six (Philip Mellows-Facer 54) lost to CCI 138 for two (A. Shivdasani 51 not out, K. Hazare 35 not out).
