Fog affects train services
According to a Northern Railway spokesperson, the trains that were cancelled included the 2428/2427 Rewa Express running between New Delhi and Rewa, 4618/4617 Unchchahar Express between Allahabad and Ambala, 4023/4024 Kalindi Express between Delhi and Farukkhabad, 3111/3112 Delhi- Sealdah Lal Quila Express and the 2419/2420 Gomti Express between New Delhi and Lucknow. Similarly, over a dozen trains were reportedly running behind schedule, including AP Express, Kaifiyat Express, Amritsar-New Delhi Express and Jallandhar City-New Delhi Express. Due to late running of trains, at least half-a-dozen trains were also rescheduled. These included the Shalimar Express and AP Express, the spokesperson added.
