CUDDAPAH, DEC. 30. A 90-year-old woman, Yelisetty Chinnamma, was allegedly murdered and gold ornaments and cash were stolen from her house in Kothabazar street in Kodur town. Unidentified miscreants allegedly throttled her, burnt her face by dousing kerosene and hanged the body with a lungi last night, according to the police. Her face was burnt beyond recognition. Neighbours found her dead and informed the police. Chinnamma lived alone in a rented house though she has two daughters sons and two sons. The Kodur CI, Nagaraja and SI, Ravibabu, registered a case.
