Video clip case: accused gets bail

NEW DELHI,
DEC. 30.
Ravi Raj, accused of putting on a website a video clip involving two Delhi schoolchildren, was released from Tihar Jail yesterday. He was granted bail last week, but remained incarcerated all these days as he was not able to arrange a local surety as directed by the court. Today, he managed to get a local surety and the court allowed him bail.
